Automatic deletion

Removing Appetite from your Instagram or Facebook account settings notifies us immediately. We then delete the connection, its encrypted tokens and the events recorded for that account.

Requesting deletion directly

Email privacy@appetitethinklabs.com from the address associated with your Appetite account, or from the account you connected, stating the platform and the handle. We confirm within 30 days and reply with a confirmation code.

What gets deleted

• The account connection record and its platform identifiers.
• All stored access and refresh tokens.
• Grants linking the connection to any Appetite application.
• Stored webhook notifications for that account.

Aggregate, non-identifying operational counts may be retained. See the privacy policy for full detail.
